We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- Both opened and unopened products are eligible.
- Promotional free items must be returned along with the qualifying purchase.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@mylifewellness.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will reply within 24 hours with a prepaid return shipping label.
- Pack the product securely and drop off the package at the nearest carrier location.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order. This ensures you get your replacement as quickly as possible.
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account dashboard with no penalties. Already-shipped subscription orders follow the same 30-day return policy described above.
