30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.

Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery.
  • Both opened and unopened products are eligible.
  • Promotional free items must be returned along with the qualifying purchase.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@mylifewellness.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will reply within 24 hours with a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Pack the product securely and drop off the package at the nearest carrier location.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order. This ensures you get your replacement as quickly as possible.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account dashboard with no penalties. Already-shipped subscription orders follow the same 30-day return policy described above.
