Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases of products made from
myLife Wellness, LLC (“myLife Wellness,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing products from myLife Wellness, you agree to the terms set forth below.

1. Return Eligibility

   myLife Wellness accepts returns of eligible products purchased directly from myLife Wellness, subject to the following conditions:

   • Returns of new products must be made within fourteen (14) days of the date of delivery.
   • Products must be in their original condition, unless the return is due to damage, defect, or Company error.
   • A valid order number and proof of purchase are required for all return requests.
   • Photographic evidence may be required to process return claims.
   • Returns are not accepted for products purchased from third-party retailers.
   • Products purchased through authorized third-party retailers must be returned in accordance with the retailer’s return policy.

   For hygiene and safety reasons, certain skincare and cosmetic products may be designated as non-returnable, except where prohibited by applicable law.

2. Non-Returnable Items

   The following items are generally not eligible for return:

   • Opened or used skincare or cosmetic products;
   • Products marked as Final Sale, promotional, clearance, or discontinued items;
   • Gift cards or promotional reward items;
   • Complimentary or free promotional products;
   • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized alteration.

   myLife Wellness reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this Policy.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

   If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify
   myLife Wellness Customer Support within seven (7) days of delivery.

   Upon verification, myLife Wellness may, in its sole discretion:

   • Replace the product at no additional cost;
   • Issue a refund to the original method of payment;
   • Provide store credit or a replacement product;
   • Require photographic evidence to process such claims.

   In such cases, the 20% return fee does not apply.

4. Return Fee

   All approved returns are subject to a twenty percent (20%) return fee, which covers restocking costs for new or unused products.

   The return fee is deducted from the refund amount.

   Original shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable.

5. Shipping Costs

   • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from Company error, damage, or defect.
   • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
   • myLife Wellness is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

   Customers are strongly encouraged to use trackable shipping methods.

6. Return Authorization and Process

   All product returns require prior authorization. Customers must obtain a valid Return Authorization Number (“RA Number”) before returning any product.

   Returns submitted without an approved RA Number may be refused and returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.

   Return requests must include the Order Number, reason for return, and any supporting information reasonably requested.

   Approved returns must clearly reference the RA Number and Original Order Number.

7. Condition of Returned Products

   Products may be returned whether opened or unopened. However, they must:

   • Be returned in their original container;
   • Not be intentionally damaged;
   • Not show signs of misuse or abuse.

   myLife Wellness reserves the right to refuse returns in cases of excessive return activity or suspected misuse.

8. Refund Processing

   • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
   • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
   • Financial institutions may require additional processing time.

   myLife Wellness may issue refunds as store credit where permitted by law.

9. Exchanges

   Product exchanges may be offered for eligible items, subject to inventory availability.
   Exchanges are processed only after receipt and approval of the returned product.

10. Promotional Items and Rewards

    If a return causes an order to no longer qualify for a promotion, discount, or reward:

    • The value of the promotion or reward may be deducted from the refund;
    • Associated reward points may be reversed or adjusted.

11. Refund Abuse Prevention

    myLife Wellness reserves the right to refuse returns, limit refunds, suspend accounts,
    or deny future purchases in cases of excessive returns, suspected abuse, fraud, or manipulation.

12. Limitation of Remedies

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, the remedies described in this Policy constitute
    the customer’s sole and exclusive remedies.

13. Policy Modifications

    myLife Wellness may modify or update this Policy at any time.
    Changes become effective upon posting to the website.
