This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases of products made from
myLife Wellness, LLC (“myLife Wellness,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing products from myLife Wellness, you agree to the terms set forth below.
myLife Wellness accepts returns of eligible products purchased directly from myLife Wellness, subject to the following conditions:
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain skincare and cosmetic products may be designated as non-returnable, except where prohibited by applicable law.
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
myLife Wellness reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this Policy.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify
myLife Wellness Customer Support within seven (7) days of delivery.

All approved returns are subject to a twenty percent (20%) return fee, which covers restocking costs for new or unused products.
The return fee is deducted from the refund amount.
Original shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable.
Customers are strongly encouraged to use trackable shipping methods.
All product returns require prior authorization. Customers must obtain a valid Return Authorization Number (“RA Number”) before returning any product.
Returns submitted without an approved RA Number may be refused and returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.

Return requests must include the Order Number, reason for return, and any supporting information reasonably requested.
Approved returns must clearly reference the RA Number and Original Order Number.
Products may be returned whether opened or unopened. However, they must:
myLife Wellness reserves the right to refuse returns in cases of excessive return activity or suspected misuse.
myLife Wellness may issue refunds as store credit where permitted by law.
Product exchanges may be offered for eligible items, subject to inventory availability.
Exchanges are processed only after receipt and approval of the returned product.
If a return causes an order to no longer qualify for a promotion, discount, or reward:
myLife Wellness reserves the right to refuse returns, limit refunds, suspend accounts,
or deny future purchases in cases of excessive returns, suspected abuse, fraud, or manipulation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the remedies described in this Policy constitute
the customer’s sole and exclusive remedies.
myLife Wellness may modify or update this Policy at any time.
Changes become effective upon posting to the website.
