    Do I need an account to place an order?

    Yes, in order to purchase products from myLife Wellness, you must create a customer account.

    When will my order ship?

    Most orders ship within 24-48 hours. If there are extended delays on shipping, we promise to notify you through push notifications as well as via email.

    Can I return an order?

    Yes, you can return products under certain circumstances. Be sure to refer to our terms and conditions to be sure you qualify for a return.

    Shipping Policy

    Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 days, (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.) Orders placed after business hours or on holidays will be processed the following business day. . Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses may require additional days.

    Standard shipping is free for orders that total $35 or more before taxes and after any discounts or promotions have been applied. For orders that are less than $35, there is a $7 delivery charge for standard shipping. We also offer 2-day expedited shipping for a $12 flat rate.

    Standard Shipping
    Orders placed by 12 PM EST via Standard Shipping will be delivered within 7-10 business days from the order’s ship date. Most Standard Shipping orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.

    2nd-Day Shipping
    Orders placed by 12 PM EST Monday โ€“ Friday via 2nd-Day Shipping will be delivered within 2 business days from the order’s ship date.

    Alaska and Hawaii
    Please note orders delivered to Alaska and Hawaii may take an additional 4-6 days.

    APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes
    Please note orders delivered to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes may take an additional 4-6 days.

    Return Policy

    At MyLife Wellness, we are committed to providing you with high-quality health and wellness products that support your well-being. We understand that sometimes, a product may not meet your expectations or needs. To ensure a smooth and fair return process, we have outlined our return policy below:

    1. Eligibility for Returns:
    You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Perishable or consumable items, such as dietary supplements, must have at least 80% of their original quantity remaining to be eligible for return.

    2. Initiating a Return:
    To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [customer support email/phone] and provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) if applicable.

    3. Return Shipping:
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items. Please include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

    4. Refunds and Processing:
    Once we receive your return and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund within 30 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

    5. Non-Returnable Items:
    Certain items are not eligible for return, including:Opened or used products. Products with a shelf life less than 30 days. Personal care items for hygiene reasons.

    6. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
    If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and return shipping will be covered by us.

    7. Exchanges:
    We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the item following our return policy and place a new order for the desired item.

    8. Cancellations:
    You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped. After this time, please refer to our return policy for returning unwanted items.

    9. Customer Satisfaction:
