Subscribe & Save Terms & Conditions

These Subscribe & Save Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your enrollment and

participation in the myLife Wellness Subscribe & Save Program (“Program”). By enrolling in the Program, you agree to these Terms, along with the myLife Wellness Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

 

  1. Program Overview

The Subscribe & Save Program is an automatic renewal subscription service that allows customers to receive eligible myLife Wellness products on a recurring basis at a selected delivery frequency.

 

By enrolling in the Program, you authorize myLife Wellness to automatically charge your selected payment method and ship products at the frequency you choose until you cancel.

 

Program benefits may include:

 

  • A discount (e.g., 5%) off eligible subscription items
  • Convenient automatic delivery
  • Flexible management options

There is no minimum purchase commitment, and you may cancel at any time as described below.

 

  1. Automatic Renewal & Recurring Charge Authorization

By enrolling in Subscribe & Save, you expressly agree that:

  • Your subscription will automatically renew at the delivery frequency you select (e.g., every 1, 2, or 3 months).
  • myLife Wellness will automatically charge your designated payment method for each recurring order.
  • Charges will occur 1–3 business days prior to each scheduled shipment date.
  • Your subscription will continue until you cancel.

The amount charged for each shipment will be:

  • The product price in effect at the time of processing,
  • Less any applicable subscription discount,
  • Plus applicable taxes and shipping fees (if any).

By enrolling, you provide affirmative consent to these recurring charges.

 

  1. Pricing, Discounts & Taxes

Price Changes

Product prices may change over time. If the price of a subscribed product changes, the new price will apply to your next scheduled shipment.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide advance notice of material price increases.

Subscription Discounts

Subscription discounts:

  • Apply only to recurring subscription shipments
  • Do not apply to taxes or shipping unless explicitly stated
  • Do not apply to one-time purchases
  • Do not combine with promotional codes unless explicitly permitted

Each recurring order will reflect the regular product price at time of processing minus your applicable subscription discount.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax will be calculated at the time of each recurring shipment based on your shipping address and applicable law.

  1. Billing & Payment Terms

You authorize myLife Wellness to charge your payment method on file for each recurring shipment.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate and current payment information. If a payment attempt fails, we may:

  • Attempt to reprocess the charge,
  • Notify you to update billing information,
  • Pause your subscription, or
  • Cancel your subscription if payment cannot be completed.

We reserve the right to suspend shipments until valid payment is received.

  1. Subscription Term, Cancellation & Click- to-Cancel

Your subscription will remain active until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time by:

  • Logging into your myLife Wellness account and selecting “Manage Subscriptions,” or
  • Using any online cancellation mechanism provided within your account portal.

If you enrolled online, you may cancel online. We will not require you to call customer service to cancel if you enrolled digitally.

Cancellation Timing

  • If cancellation occurs more than 24 hours before your next processing date, it will take effect before that order is processed.
  • If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of processing, the upcoming order may still be processed and shipped.

No further recurring charges will be made after cancellation is effective.

You may re-enroll at any time. Subscription pricing or benefits may differ at the time of re- enrollment.

 

  1. Managing Your Subscription

You may modify your subscription at any time through your account portal.

You may:

  • Change delivery frequency
  • Pause or resume your subscription
  • Change your payment method
  • Update your shipping address

Changes must be completed prior to the next processing date to apply to that shipment.

 

  1. Shipping & Delivery

Orders will ship according to the delivery schedule shown in your account.

Shipping timeframes may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

All subscription orders are subject to the myLife Wellness Return & Refund Policy. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

 

  1. Returns & Refunds

Subscription orders are subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy.

Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically generate a refund for orders already processed or shipped.

If you believe an order was processed in error, you must contact Customer Support promptly.

 

  1. Product Availability

We may limit, substitute, or discontinue products offered through the Program at any time.

If a subscribed product becomes unavailable, we may:

  • Notify you and pause your subscription,
  • Offer a replacement product, or
  • Cancel the subscription for that item.

You will not be charged for discontinued items after cancellation.

 

  1. Changes to the Program or These Terms

We may modify:

  • Subscription discounts
  • Eligible products
  • Shipping policies
  • Frequency options
  • Program benefits
  • These Terms

If we make material changes to pricing, billing frequency, or automatic renewal terms, we will provide notice as required by applicable law.

Your continued participation after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cancel your subscription.

 

  1. Termination by myLife Wellness

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription at our discretion for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Repeated failed payments
  • Fraudulent or abusive activity
  • Chargebacks without prior good-faith resolution attempts
  • Violations of our Terms of Service
  • Product or Program discontinuation

We will notify you if your subscription is terminated.

 

  1. Disputes & Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your subscription, you agree to contact Customer Support before initiating a chargeback.

Improper or abusive chargeback activity may result in suspension or termination of your subscription and account.
