This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made from myLife Wellness, LLC
(“myLife Wellness,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website.
We are committed to processing and delivering your order in a timely and reliable manner.

  1. Shipping and Handling Fees

    Orders shipped within the United States are subject to applicable Shipping and Handling (“S&H”) fees.

    Shipping and Handling fees:

    • Are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the selected shipping method and delivery destination;
    • Reflect current carrier shipping rates, including but not limited to United States Postal Service (USPS) rates;
    • Include packaging, order processing, fulfillment, and handling costs.

    For clarity and convenience, myLife Wellness presents a single combined Shipping and Handling fee at checkout.

    Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or in cases involving verified Company error.

  2. Shipping Methods

    myLife Wellness currently offers the following shipping options:

    • USPS Ground Advantage (Standard Shipping)
    • USPS Priority Mail

    Available shipping methods may vary based on destination, order size, or operational requirements.

    All delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  3. Order Processing

    Orders are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days following successful payment authorization.

    • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
    • Orders placed after normal business hours may be processed on the next business day.
    • Processing times may be extended during promotional events, product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

    Order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

  4. Delivery and Carrier Responsibility

    Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, delivery timing and performance are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

    myLife Wellness shall not be responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

    • Weather conditions;
    • Carrier service interruptions;
    • Holidays or peak shipping periods;
    • Customs or governmental delays (if applicable);
    • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
  5. Customer Responsibility for Shipping Information

    Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

    myLife Wellness is not responsible for orders shipped to addresses provided incorrectly by the customer.

    If a shipment is returned to myLife Wellness due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

    • The customer may be responsible for applicable reshipping fees prior to re-dispatch of the order.

    Address changes may not be possible once an order has entered fulfillment or shipment processing.

  6. Lost or Stolen Packages

    Once tracking information confirms that a package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

    myLife Wellness is not liable for packages reported as lost or stolen following confirmed delivery by the carrier.

    If a package appears lost in transit, customers must contact Customer Support within seven (7) days of the expected delivery date so that we may assist in initiating a carrier investigation or claim, where applicable.

  7. Damaged Shipments

    If your order arrives damaged, please contact Customer Support within seven (7) days of delivery at:

    support@mylifewellness.com

    To assist with evaluation, please include:

    • Photographs of the damaged product(s);
    • Photographs of the external shipping packaging;
    • A clear image of the shipping label.

    Upon verification, myLife Wellness may, in its sole discretion, provide a replacement product, store credit, or refund consistent with our Return & Refund Policy.

  8. Shipping Policy Modifications

    myLife Wellness reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
    Any changes shall become effective upon posting to our website.
    Continued use of our services following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
