These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your access and use of the Site and any related features, content, products, software, or online services that reference these Terms (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services. These Terms also include important limitations on liability and legal rights.

You represent and warrant that:

• You have obtained consent from any identifiable individuals depicted.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, myLife Wellness AND ITS AFFILIATES, OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US $50) OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO SOME LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

14. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be the state and federal courts located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or restrict access to the Services if necessary to maintain the security or integrity of the website or to comply with legal requirements. Closing your account ends your access to account-based features, but it does not affect our rights related to past orders or obligations that must continue for legal or operational reasons.
